We want everyone  both on and off the field at Karaka Junior Rugby to have a great time.

We take all complaints seriously and are committed to addressing them promptly and fairly. To ensure your concerns are properly understood and handled, All complaints must be submitted in writing. This allows us to accurately review the details and provide a considered response.
